Worried about forwarding/toho animation MyFigureCollection.net

I couldn't find a forum for this particular topic and wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with this.

In april, I pre-ordered several items from toho animation's website directly

At the time, I had a CC i decided to use to pay for the order but they don't charge your card until the order is released.
I had lost that card and replaced it before the order has been released yet and their website says the do not allow for update of payment method once an order has been made (even if the order isn't paid yet). I also don't see any way to change payment method on their website on my account either.
As toho does not ship internationally, i am using a forwarder for my items.

Has anyone had any experience buying direct from toho and changing their payment information? Is it possible or will they just cancel your order?
